Recruitment Procedure:
Selection is be made on the basis of performance in the written test and interview taken together. Written test includes Objective Tests consisting of (1) Test of Reasoning Ability,
(2) Test of Numerical Ability,
(3) Test of English Language,
(4) Test of Computer knowledge and Descriptive Paper on English Comprehension for Qualifying only.
Followed by an interview.
About State Bank of Mysore: State Bank of Mysore was established in the year 1913 as Bank of Mysore Ltd. under the patronage of the erstwhile Govt. of Mysore, at the instance of the banking committee headed by the great Engineer-Statesman, Late Dr. Sir M.Visweswaraiah (Bharat Ratna). Subsequently, in March 1960, the Bank became an Associate of State Bank of India.
