Name of the Posts:
1. Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant PA CO/ PA SBCO: 57 Posts
2. Postman: 38 Posts
3. Multi Tasking Staff: 10 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18-27 years as on 21-06-2015. Age relaxation is applicable upto 5 years for OC, 8 years for OBC, 10 years for SC/ ST & for Ex-Servicemen as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 10+2 Standard/ 12th class pass from recognized University/ Board of School Education Board of Secondary Education with English as a compulsory subject for post 1, Pass in Matriculation from a recognized Board/ University for post 2, Pass in Matriculation/ ITI or
equivalent from a recognized Board/ University 3.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on educational & sports qualifications.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- deposited/ paid in any Post Office in A.P. Postal Circle under UCR only. Candidates residing outside A.P Postal Circle candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- through Indian Postal Order in favour of Chief Postmaster General, A.P. Circle, Hyderabad-500001.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application in the prescribed format affixing passport size photograph along with Photo copies of relevant documents duly attested by a Gazetted Officer through Speed Post/ Registered Post only to the Chief Postmaster General (Rectt. & Wlf. Section), A.P. Circle, Dak Sadan, Hyderabad-500001 on or before 21-06-2015. Superscribe the envelope in bold letters as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF POSTAL/ SORTING ASSISTANT, POSTMAN & MTS IN A.P. CIRCLE UNDER SPORTS QUOTA”.
