How to get Application Form and Apply
Aspirants must apply in OMR Form. Candidates have to get OMR Application by paying Rs.200 per OMR Form, Further receive OMR form along with Dummy Form, Acknowledgement Cards, Instruction Sheet and Envelopes can get from the Jammu and Kashmir Bank Branches across India from 7th January to 22nd January 2013. Properly filled OMR application form submit at the respective collection centre before 09-02-2013
