Description: Front Office – ReceptionistA lady with a pleasant personality and excellent communication skillspreferably married• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages• Pick up and deliver the mail• Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence• ?Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences andconference telephone calls• ?Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies• Respond to public inquiries• ?Provide word-processing and secretarial support• Monitor the use of supplies and equipment• ?Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipmentExcellent Communication Skills and should be very presentable andwell groomed

Years of Experience: 2 to 3 years.

Qualification: Any Graduation
