Openings in a construction company looking for Managerial & Supervisory role in Oman

A leading business group in the Sultanate of Oman with operations throughout the Gulf is expanding its
construction activities on an ambitious scale. Interested candidates are requested to apply for the below positions:

Civil Section Head – CS 01
Engineering graduate with over 20 years of civil projects execution experience including pre-tendering process, post contract management and controlling complete department as a profit center reporting to operational head.

Project Managers – CS 02 - 2 Nos.
Engineering graduates with 10 to 15 years’ experience, thorough knowledge of planning, budget control &
execution and should be able to lead a team of engineers of which last 5 yrs. in completing large scale project.

Construction Managers – CS 03 -3 Nos.
Engineering graduates with 10 to 15 years’ experience in execution and able to lead a team of engineers of which
last 5 yrs. in completing large scale project.

Senior Engineers – CS 04 -4 Nos.
Engineering graduates with 8 to 10 years’ experience in execution and able to lead a team of junior engineers of
which last 3 yrs. in completing large scale project.

Project Coordinators - CS-05 -2 Nos.
Engineering graduates with 8 to 10 years’ experience in execution and have thorough understanding of materials, procurement, & QA QC. The position would be based out of head office.

Site engineers CS -06 -8 Nos.
Engineering graduates with 5 years’ experience in execution and able to lead a team of Foremen of which
last 2 yrs. in completing large scale project.

Foremen CS 07 -5 Nos.
A minimum of 15 years’ experience in construction and of which last five years should be on large project managing over 100 people.

Project QS – CS 08 - 2 Nos.
Engineering graduates/Surveying degree/diploma with 8 to 10 years’ experience in post contract QS work of which last 5 years must be in a large project. Sound knowledge of FIDIC conditions of contract is a must.

Selected candidates should be able to join at the earliest. Gulf experience is a must for all senior positions. Remuneration & Perks will not be a constraint for the right candidates. Please apply by email to
