Mazagon Dock Limited, a Government of India Enterprise, Mumbai is looking for eligible candidates for the post of Trade Apprentices in various trades.

Last date : 21 July, 2012

Vacancies and Eligibility details:

GROUP 'A' SSC PASSED
1. Fitter : 19 Post
2. Electrician: 22 Post
3. Fitter - Structural: 36 Post
4. Pipe Fitter: 40 Post .
Training Period – Three years.
Education ( 1, 2, 3, 4)- It is Group ‘A’ for SSC Pass candidate ( In first attemp)with General Science and Mathematics.
Age – between 15 to 19 years ( As on 1st October, 2012)

GROUP 'B' ITI PASSED
5. Fitter – Structural: 10 Post
Training Period – 2 years

6. Painter (General): 15 Post
Training Period – 1 year

7. Carpenter: 15 Post
Training Period – 2 years

8. Electronic Mechanic: 15 Post
Training Period – 1 year

Education ( For 5,6,7,8)- All the positions are in Group ‘B’ for those who are ITI pass in the respective stream
Age – 16 to 21 years ( as on 1st October, 2012)

GROUP 'C' 8th CLASS PASSED

9. Rigger: 20 Post
10. Welder (G and E): 21 Post

Training Period – 2 years
Education ( 9 , 10) - Both above post are in Group ‘C’ for 8th class
Age – 14 to 18 years ( as on 1st October, 2012)
