Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is conducting its Engineering Entrance Examination every year on an all India basis for admission to the 4 year B.Tech. Degree programmes offered in the three campuses at Amritapuri (Kollam), Bengaluru and Ettimadai (Coimbatore). Candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria will be admitted to the first year of B.Tech. programmes through counselling, based on their ranks in the Entrance Examination.

Scholarship to the tune of Rs 50,000/- per annum will be provided to 15% of the candidates in each branch who secure top ranks in the entrance exam-2013 and who have passed the qualifying examination from Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala and admitted in the respective campuses

Qualifications :
A Pass in the higher secondary examination (10+2) or its equivalent securing 60% or above marks in Mathematics, 55% or above separately in Physics and Chemistry with an aggregate of minimum 60% in the three subjects; or
A three year Diploma in Engineering with minimum 60% marks, awarded by any state board of technical education
Candidates appearing for the qualifying examinations in March/April-2013 may also apply

Click here to view the branches.(OR)Semi – Online Application : Apply through University website (No Internet banking facility required).Take a printout (Laser or inkjet only) of the completed application on a good quality A4 size paper; enclose a demand draft for Rs. 850/- drawn in fovour of Amrita School of Engineering Payable at Coimbatore; paste a recent passport size colour photograph; affix signature of Candidate & Parent / Guardian and send in good quality envelope to the address below.
