Salary: £44,000 - £46,750 per annum, dependent on qualifications, skills and experience

We are looking for a skilled and experienced ITS Infrastructure Team Leader to maintain and support Regent’s College’s Network, Infrastructure and Applications. This full time, supervisory post is responsible for the ITS Network, Infrastructure, Applications & Development Team and will take ownership of all network, infrastructure and security related IT issues.

Reporting into the ITS Network, Infrastructure, Applications & Development Manager,  this role will play a vital role in ensuring our IT systems are fit for purpose, by working with existing team members and other staff in improving the performance and effectiveness of our key corporate systems.

This role includes managing projects both within the ITS team and across the College. The post holder will also be expected to contribute fully to the strategic planning of the ITS Department and be the focus for expertise in the area of ITS Network, Infrastructure, Applications & Development.

YOU will have:

Substantial experience in supporting a large deployment of various Windows technologies in a production environment deployed on VMwareThe ability to proactively supervise the daily operations of an ITS team using ITIL methodologyExtensive experience in leading large scale projects such as migrating to Exchange 2010 or Office 365 using Prince2 methodologyExperience in analysing complex  infrastructure and applications to troubleshoot and resolve performance issuesThe ability to communicate effectively and to engage and interact with all levels of the business.
