MBA Programme and Careers Director

Background
This is a newly created role to lead and be accountable for the work of two linked areas of activity within the Business School:

the operational aspects of a world class MBA Programme and ensure the attainment of its strategic goalsa specialist advisory and support service to postragraduate Cass students in their search for work

Key areas of responsibility will include

Developing and ensuring delivery of the MBA and Career services strategyLeading the MBA Programme operations Developing a corporate relations functionSuccessfully delivering the Careers skills programmeEffective leadership and management of staff across two diverse activitiesDeveloping the MBA marketing, recruitment and admissions strategy Monitoring management information and quality assurance

Person Specification
A minimum of a good first degree and postgraduate qualification is required, along with at least 5 years management experience of running an international business with a turnover of over £2m. Candidates should also have at least 3 years experience of international marketing, recruitment, admissions and operations of a postgraduate business and management programme. Proven experience of leadership, management and development of a range of large teams is also required.
