Central Railway (RRCCR), Mumbai has released an employment notification regarding recruitment against Scouts and Guides Quota Posts. Eligible candidates can send applications in the prescribed format on or before 19-08-2013 and 05-09-2013 for remote areas. RRC Chennai Vacancy details:
Total No. of Vacancies: 10
Name of the Post: Group C & Erstwhile Group D (Scouts and Guides Quota)
Age Limit: Candidates age limit is 18-30 years for Group C Post; 18-33 years for Group D Post as on 01-01-2014. Relaxation is applicable as per the rules. Refer notification for category wise age limit.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Matriculation or ITI or equivalent.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written test and interview.
Examination Fee: Candidates must pay the fee of Rs.100/- in the form of Crossed Indian Postal Order from any Post Office drawn in favor of and payable as mentioned in the notification. SC/ ST, Ex-Servicemen, Women candidates, PWD, Minority candidates and candidates belonging to
Economically Backward Classes are exempted from the fee.
How to Apply: Interested candidates can send applications in the prescribed format along with attested copies of all relevant certificates, Crossed Indian Postal Order, recent passport size photograph affixed and one extra passport size photograph enclosed in an envelope super scribed with “Application for Scouts/Guides-2013-14 (Group C/D)” so as to reach the postal address mentioned in the notification.

Last Date for Submission of Application for Remote Areas: 05-09-2013 by 18.00 hrs
