Counsellor & Staff Nurse Posts: West Bengal State Health &
Family Welfare Samiti has issued notification for recruitment of the Medical
Officer, Counsellor, Laboratory Technician and other posts. Eligible candidates
can send their applications on or before 27-08-2013. Other details like age
limit, educational qualification, selection process and how to apply are given

WBSHFS Vacancy Details:
Total No. of Posts: 47
Name of the Posts:
1.Medical Officer: 09 posts
2.Counsellor: 05 posts
3.Laboratory Technicians: 07 Posts
4. GNM Staff Nurse: 22 Posts
5. Data Entry Operator: 03 Posts
6. Laboratory Attendant: 01 Post
Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 63 years for Post No.4 and should not exceed 40 years for all remaining posts as on 01-07-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBBS Degree for Post No.1, MA/MSc in Sociology/Applied Psychology for Post No.2, H.S or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Biology for Post No.3, only retired GNM staff of any hospital can apply for Post No.4, BA/B.Sc/B.Com with Diploma in Computer Application for Post No.5 and should passed Class VIII for Post No.6.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in interview. Computer test will be conducted for DEO post.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their curriculum vitae along with photocopies of testimonials attested by the gazetted officer and self attested passport size photo by speed post only for Kolkata to Executive Director, West Bengal State Health & Family Samiti, Human Resource Cell, GTZ Building, 1st Floor, GN-29, Sector-V, Bidhannagar, Kolkata-700091 and for Districts to the concerned CMOH/ Principal of the respective Medical College & Hospital with in 27-08-2013 up to 04:00 PM.
