Name of the Post: Junior Stenographer


Age Limit: Candidates age limit is 18 to 32 years as on 01-01-2013. Relaxation is applicable as per the rules.


Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination of a recognized Board with minimum speed of 80 words per minute in Shorthand both in English and Odia.


Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on performance in written examination/ shorthand test.


Examination Fee: Candidates must pay the fee of Rs.100/- for all SEBC & UR candidates other than PWD candidates either through online or offline mode using the Treasury Portal or by the conventional mode of deposit in the Treasury.
Online Mode: Candidates can pay the fee by logon to the web site www.odishatresury.gov.in through Net Banking of the designated banks or through Debit Card. On successful payment, an e-Challan will be generated from the Treasury portal which has to retain by the candidate for future reference.
Offline Mode: Candidates can deposit the fee using Challan through any designated Bank provided in the Treasury Portal under the “Head of Account-0051-PSC-104-UPSC/ SSC-Examination Fees-0047-Fees collected for conducting examinations-02041-Examination Fees”.
Conventional Mode: Candidates can deposit the fee through the conventional mode into the Treasury under the “Head of Account-0051-PSC-104-UPSC/ SSC-Examination Fees-0047-Fees collected for conducting examinations-02041-Examination Fees”. (No Fee for Sc/ ST/ PWD Candidates).
