Name of the Post: Company Secretary


Age Limit: Candidates maximum age limit should not exceed 50 years as on 01-10-2013. Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Physically challenged/Ex-Servicemen will be applicable as per Govt. rules.


Qualification & Experience: Candidates must be Member/ Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with a minimum of 3 years experience in the profession.


Selection Process: Candidates would be selected based on their performance in interview.


How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications on plain paper giving complete Biodata indicating details of qualification (Exam. passed. year, University, percentage of marks, division and subjects), experience (Employer, Post held, Scale of pay, Basic pay, Position in organization, Span of control and Nature of duties), whether SC/ST/OBC together with recent passport size photographs and attested copies of Certificate/ Testimonials should reach to Executive Secretary to Chairman & Managing Director, Bharat Wagon & engineering Company Limited, ‘C’ Block, 5th Floor, Mauryalok Complex, Dak Bunglow Road, Patna-800001 on or before 20-11-2013.
