Braithwaite & Company Ltd Vacancy Details:
Name of the Posts: Director (Finance)


Age Limit: Candidates age should be minimum 40 years, not more than 56 years for internal candidates and not more than 55 years for others as on date of occurrence of vacancy i.e., 11-09-2013. Age of superannuation is 58 years.


Educational Qualification: Candidate should be a Cost Accountant/Chartered Accountant/MBA with specialization in Finance with good academic record from a recognized university/institution and should have experience at a senior level in corporate financial management and accounts including Cost and Budgetary Control, Institutional Finance, Working Capital Management in an organization of repute.


Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.


How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications in prescribed format along with attested copies of all certificates addressed to the Shri Rajiv Rai, Secretary, Public Enterprises Selection Board, Public Enterprises Bhawan, Block No. 14, CGO Complex,Lodhi Road,New Delhi-110003 on or before 20-12-2013. Candidates from the Central Public Sector and Government officers shall send their applications, through proper channel i.e., for Government Servants: through Cadre Controlling authority, for CMD/MD/Director in Central PSE: the concerned administrative Ministry and for below Board level inCentral PSE: the concerned CPSE
