Eligible candidates can apply through online on or before 15-12-2013. I. Fabrication Assistant: 186
1. Sheet Metal Worker: 141 posts
2. Welder: 45 posts
II. Outfit Assistant: 212
3. Fitter Pipe (Plumber): 111 posts
4. Diesel Mechanic: 29 posts
5. Instrument Mechanic: 11 posts
6. Electrician: 27 posts
7. Electronic Mechanic: 06 posts
8. Shipwright Wood: 04 posts
9. Painter: 24 posts
III. Crane Operator: 04 Posts
10. Crane Operator (EOT Cranes): 04 posts

Age Limit: Candidates Age shall not exceed 35 years as on 30-11-2013. Age is Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess SSLC, ITI (NTC, NAC in Relevant Trade) along with experience.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Practical Test and Interview. from 16-12-2013 to 21-12-2013 at Cochin Shipyard Indoor Stadium, Thevara.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through www.cochinshipyard.com from 04-12-2013 to 15-12-2013. Candidates must bring 2 copies of Print out of online application, two photographs, Original Certificates and testimonials, in proof of age, caste, educational qualifications, experience etc and attested copies of the certificates, PWD Certificates, Tight fitting cotton working dress and safety shoes for attending the practical test.
