Electronic Engineer – Product Development
Based in Surrey (Guildford GU1)
Our international company will employ 2 Electronic Engineers in the R&D department to work with our Product development team. The key work objective is to contribute to the design and development of new electro-mechanical products.
The role will include
Designing, specifying, implementing and testing the electronics components of the new productsWorking out specificationsDesigning, implementing and testing electronic solutions.Working alongside a team of Electrical, Energy, and Mechanical engineers to deliver integrated solutions.Proposing and evaluating new components and design approachesContributing to creating documentation for the final productsRequirements
MEng or BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.Minimum 2 years work experience matching the job specifications.Experience in electronic design analysis and validation in a high volume and/or high reliability marketThe ability to work effectively and comfortably in multi-disciplined design teamsThe ability to work within tight timescales meeting key deadlinesThe ability to effectively interact with customers and good communications skillsSelf motivated with a willingness to push existing boundaries and learn/develop new skillsWilling and able to travel overseas (to support suppliers and manufacturing sites etc.)Compensation
