Summary:
Sheffield University Management School, the Faculty of Social Sciences’ largest department, has achieved accreditation from the three largest and most influential business school associations: AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS. The school therefore joins the top one per cent of business schools across the world – 59 globally and 14 in the UK – to be awarded the Triple Crown accreditation.
This post will be located in the Institute of Work Psychology (IWP), within the Management School. IWP has been at the forefront of work psychology for over 40 years, and has a strong international reputation. It currently has 15 academic staff and additional close associates.
We are looking to appoint an ambitious Lecturer with research and teaching interests within the broad area of work psychology. We particularly welcome applicants with expertise and/or interest in leadership.
The successful applicant will take a pro-active role in enhancing Sheffield University Management School's reputation for high quality and innovative teaching and research, contributing in particular to a growing research focus and undergraduate and postgraduate teaching around the theme of environmentally sustainable management.
