This post is an opportunity for an outstanding human rights or public lawyer, who can communicate that passion to undergraduates. The School is looking for talented individuals with experience of legal practice in this area to create an exciting new undergraduate syllabus in this area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of the LLB, LLM and on other programmes, as appropriate. While the focus of the post is teaching and student support, there are significant opportunities for practice, research and consultancy.
Law operates an holistic approach to student support and the successful candidate will take on pastoral and programme administration responsibilities. It is expected that members of the team engage with the scholarly activity required to ensure the best quality of delivery to students.
You must be a qualified legal practitioner and have experience in Human Rights / Administrative Law and teaching in Higher Education.
