Punjab Remote Sensing Centre Recruitment 2013 – Walk in for JRF & Research Fellow Posts: Punjab Remote Sensing Centre (PRSC), Geology and Water Resources Division & Geo-informatics Division has given notification for recruitment of Junior Research Fellow (JRF), Research Fellow (RF) & Research Fellow (Application Developer) Posts on contractual basis. Eligible candidates can attend for interview on 09-12-2013 & 10-12-2013 at 11.00 A.M. Other details like age limit, qualification, selection process, how to apply are given below…


Punjab Remote Sensing Centre Vacancy Details:
Total No of Posts: 09 Posts
Name of the Posts:
1. Research Fellow: 02 Posts
2. Junior Research Fellow: 05 Posts
3. Research Fellow (Application Developer): 02 Posts


Age Limit: Candidates age should be not more than 35 years as on date of interview.


Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Master’s Degree in Geology/ Water Resources/ Geography/ Geo-informatics and related fields for S.No-1, Graduation with Geology/ Physics/ Maths/ Chemistry/ Geography or Master’s Degree in Geology/ Water Resources/ Geography/ Geo-informatics/ Remote Sensing/ RS & GIS for S.No-2, Master’s Degree in Computer Science IT/ Computer Applications or B.Tech in Computer Sc./ IT for S.No-3 and relevant experience for all posts.


Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written test & interview.


Application Fee: Candidates should have to pay Rs. 500/- by cash or Demand Draft (in favor of Director, Punjab Remote Sensing Centre payable at Ludhiana) deposited on or before the date of interview by 10.00 A.M.


How to Apply: Eligible candidates can attend for interview along with filled in application form (can be downloaded website: http://prsc.blog.com), supported by necessary certificates & testimonials attested by Gazetted Officer and Demand Draft on 09-12-2013 & 10-12-2013 & interview starts at 11.00 A.M at PRSC, PAU Campus, Ludhiana.
