Faculty of Business and Law
£46,549 - £53,232 per annum
The Faculty of Business and Law is seeking to make an appointment to contribute to high quality research and teaching in the area of marketing, strategy and/or innovation in order to advance the Faculty’s national and international research profile.
As an academic subject lead and high level scholar you will make exceptional contributions to the furtherance of knowledge within the University and/or its application to society whether by research, consultancy, creative activity, professional practice or performance. You will also contribute to the strategic research plans of the Faculty of Business and Law, including the development of the RISE research centre and Marketing Research cluster.
It is essential that you hold a postgraduate qualification in a related discipline and have experience in training or education within a further or higher education environment as well as academic leadership within Marketing, Strategy and/or Innovation.
You will bring with you a track record of developing peer-reviewed published work and delivering and designing academic programmes. You will also be able to evidence your ability to be an externally recognised scholar / teacher or authority in the area of Marketing, Strategy and Innovation.
A strong track record of obtaining funding from external agencies such as the research funding councils, industry or other sources would be highly desirable.
