1. Customer Service Officer (CSO) in the Officer Grade: 25 Posts
2. Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the Clerical Cadre: 80 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 32 years for Post No.1 and 30 years for Graduates / Post Graduates / Double graduates for Post No.2. Age limit should be reckoned as on 30-11-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidate should possess second class Degree of a recognized University/ Post Graduate/ Double graduate of a recognized University with minimum 50% marks in the aforesaid examination for Post No.1 and Graduate of a recognized University with minimum 45% marks and adequate knowledge of computer application for Post No.2.
