Age Limit: Candidates maximum age should be 65 years as on 01-12-2013.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess B.Sc Nursing or M.Sc Nursing or GNM with Diploma in Nursing Education & Administration or Diploma in Public Health Nursing with experience.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs. 500/- for General category, Rs. 300/- for BC/ EBC and Rs. 200/- for SC/ ST candidates in the form of Bank Draft drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of “State Health Society, Bihar” and payable at Patna. Payment of application fee can also be made online through internet payment gateway.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply online through the website www.statehealthsocietybihar.org and send their hard copy of application along with bank draft in a sealed envelope to The Executive Director, State Health Society, Bihar, Pariwar Kalyan Bhawan, Shelkhpura, Patna-14 through speed/ registered post on or before 18-12-2013 by 05:00 PM.
