Richmond, The American International University in London invites applications for the above part-time faculty position, to begin in January 2014. As Richmond is an international university with students from over 100 countries and has a distinct international/intercultural mission, an international outlook and experience of both US and UK systems of higher education would be a distinct advantage.
The successful candidate will be joining a small but ambitious university intent on developing new programmes and taking new initiatives with its existing curriculum. Demonstrate ability in teaching at the undergraduate level is required. A completed PhD in a relevant field is desirable.
The candidate sought is required to teach at undergraduate level, including one undergraduate course in development economics.
Appointment will be made at the Assistant or Associate Professor level depending on qualifications and experience.
