Names of Posts:
1. Management Trainee (General): 17 Posts
2. Management Trainee (Accounts): 07 Posts
3. Accountant: 17 Posts
4. Jr. Technical Assistant: 107 Posts
5. Assistant Engineer: 10 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates maximum age limit should be 28 years for Post No.1, 2 & 4 and 30 years for Post No.3 & 5 as on 14-01-2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess Degree with 1st class Master of Business Administration, Specialization in Personnel Management or Human Resource or Industrial Relation or Marketing Management or Supply Chain Management from recognized University / Institutions for Post No.1, Degree with 1st class Master of Business Administration in Finance for Post No.2, B.Com or BA (Commerce) or Chartered Accountant or Costs and Works Accountants for Post No.3, Degree in Agriculture or a degree with Zoology, Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry as one of the subjects for Post No.4 and degree in Civil Engineering for Post No.5.
Application Fee: General & OBC candidates need to pay the fee of Rs.300/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “All India Management Association, payable at New Delhi. No Fee for SC/ST/PH candidates.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in objective type written test and interview.

After submission of online application candidate need to take printout of system generated application form and send it along with DD and self attested photostat copies of documents in proof of Age, Qualifications (including all mark sheets clearly indicating the division of passing/%age of marks & specialization certificate in case of MBA), Caste, Experience etc, enclosed in an envelope super scribed with “Application for the post (name of the post & Post Code No.) Category:_______”, should reach to Post Box No. 4334, Kalkaji Head Post Office, New Delhi-110019 by Ordinary post so as to reach on or before 18-01-2014.

2. Select the ‘Click here to Apply Online”.
3. Read carefully the guidelines and the advertisement including post wise eligibility conditions carefully.
4. Again select the ‘Click here to Apply Online” and select post, relevant qualification and apply.
5. Fill all the details of application, check once for errors and submit.
6. After submission of application, take print of Application Form, write the Application Serial Number on the back side of DD and send them to the address mentioned above.
