Age Limit: Candidates should not be above 38 years for Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologist Grade-II, MRI Technician, Senior Resident (Tenure post), Demonstrator (Nursing) and maximum age is 42 years for Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Lecturer, Urologist, Cardiologist, Medical Oncologist, Paediatric Surgeon and age should be below 65 years for Urologist & Paediatric Surgeon. Age Relaxation in applicable as per Punjab Govt rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have Ph.D (Speech & Hearing) with 5 years of teaching/ research/ clinical experience with graduate and PG courses for Associate Professor (Audiology & Speech Language Pathology) and as per MCI norms Assistant Professor and M Sc in Audiology/ MASLP for Lecturer ( Audiology) and M Sc in speech language pathology/ MASLP for Lecturer (Speech Language Pathology) and BASLP with minimum 2 years clinical experience for Audiologist and Speech language pathologist Grade-II and B.Sc (Medical) from a recognized institution/ University/ Diploma in respective field with 3 years experience and +2 with Science & B.Sc (Radiology) for Radiographer and Diploma in Radiology with 3 years of experience for MRI Technician and M.Ch(Urology) from recognized Health Science University for Urologist and D.M.(Cardiology) from recognized Health Science University for Cardiologist and D.M(Medical Oncology) for Medical Oncologist and M.Ch (Paediatric Surgery) for Paediatric Surgeon and as per MCI norms for Senior Resident & Demonstrator ( Nursing).
Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected based on interview.
Application Fee: Candidates should take Demand Draft (DD) for Rs.1500 (for general) & Rs.750/- (for SC/ ST) for Associate Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Lecturer, Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologist Grade-II, Urologist, Cardiologist, Medical Oncologist, Paediatric Surgeon, Senior Resident and Rs.500/- (for general) & Rs.250/- (for SC/ ST) for Cardiac Cath Lab Technician, Radiographer, MRI Technician & Demonstrator (Nursing) in favour of The Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot payable at Faridkot.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed format along with self attested copies of certificates for proof of date of birth, marks sheet, degree, experience, etc to the office of the Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Sadiq Road, Faridkot on or before 15-01-2014 by 5:00 PM.
