Age Limit: Candidates age should not exceed 35 years as on 10-01-2014, relaxations for SC/ ST/ OBC as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Medical Diploma/ PG Degree in concerned specialty/ Department from recognized Medical institution, MCI/ State MC Registration.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the performance in interview.
Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 4000/- through Demand Draft in favour of ESI Fund Account No. 1 at the time of joining, which is refundable after completion of contract period & on production of “No dues certificate”.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates attend the interview along with original & attested copies of MCI/ State MC Registration, Educational qualifications from Matriculation or equivalent on wards, Experience certificate (if any), Proof of Age (Matriculation certificate), caste certificate and 2 recent passport size photographs on 10-01-2014 at 10:00 AM at ESIC Hospital & ODC (EZ) Joka, Kolkata.
