The company
BPP University develops and trains legal professionals throughout their careers. The role
We are looking for a full-time GDL/LLB Lecturers for Manchester with the capacity to teach in Leeds and/or Liverpool.
You will teach on the GDL / LLB programmes, specifically in the following subjects:
The tutor will be client-focused and experienced in a range of GDL and LLB fields of law from vocational practice or academic experience. There may be some requirement to teach on related programmes.

The successful candidates will have a commitment to vocationally-orientated legal education.
You will have excellent communication skills and a ‘can do’, results driven attitude along with the ability to work constructively in a team.
You will have an appreciation of the importance of student engagement and of student feedback in the assessment of lecturer performance.
We are looking for candidates who have a willingness to ‘go the extra mile’ for the student in terms of their academic and pastoral journey at the University.
You will also have a willingness to get involved in activities outside of the classroom, such as marketing and assistance with student societies.
You will have a teaching qualification or Fellowship of the HEA (desirable) or a commitment to achieving either of these through BPP’s PGCPE (Post Graduate Certificate in Professional Education) or Headway, BPP’s accredited CPD scheme (essential)
