Coventry has been named the Modern University of the Year and was shortlisted for this year’s University of the Year award in The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide 2014.

Coventry University leapt up 10 places in The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2014, placing the University 45th in the overall rankings. This is the highest ranking for a modern university in the history of the guides, sealing the University’s title as the UK’s Modern University of the Year.

In the Guardian League Table 2014 Business and Management Studies at Coventry University came 12th out of 114.

Coventry Business School at Coventry University, one of the largest in Europe, is expanding significantly. We are currently looking to appoint two members of staff on a fixed term contract basis for the additional teaching and supervision cover required during the period April 2014 – Sep 2014.

You will be required to teach on business and management modules and supervise postgraduate dissertations and industry projects. In addition, you will also be expected to lead on the ethical approval process for dissertations and projects and the UKBA international student monitoring process.

We are looking for student focused and committed tutors who have some experience in working in the higher education sector. You will need to demonstrate good teaching, communication and management skills.
