Total No of Posts: 06
Name of the Post:
1. Assistant Executive Engineer (Mech): 01 Post
2. Assistant Material Manager Gr.I: 01 Post
3. Assistant Engineer (Ele): 03 Posts
4. Assistant Controller of Stores Gr.II: 01 Post


Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit is 30 years for Assistant Executive Engineer (Mech) & Assistant Material Manager Gr.I and 35 years for Assistant Engineer (Ele) and between 21 years to 30 years for Assistant Controller of Stores Gr.II.


Educational Qualification: Candidates should have Degree/ equivalent in in Mechanical Engineering with 2 years experience in relevant discipline for Assistant Executive Engineer (Mech) and Degree/ equivalent in Mechanical/ Electrical Engg/ PG degree/ Diploma in Materials Management with 2 years of experience for Assistant Material Manager Gr.I and Degree in Electrical Engineering of a recognized with 2 years experience for Assistant Engineer (Ele) Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 3 years of experience for Assistant Controller of Stores Gr.II.


Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected base on written test and interview.


How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed format along with 2 latest passport size photos (to insert/attach in a transparent envelope), Attested photo copies of all required certificates, No objection certificate from the respective ports/Organizations, Copies of ACR/ APARs for the last 5 years attested by the officer not below the rank of Dy HOD, In case of SC/ST candidates, caste certificate should be produced in the prescribed format and in the case of OBC candidates certificate in the enclosed Central Govt format, in case of PWD candidate, Disability certificate issued by the Competent Authority on their disability are sent through post by superscribing the envelope as “Application for the post of ————— (post applied for)” to the Chief Mechanical Engineer, New Mangalore Port Trust, Panambur, Mangalore-575010 on or before 27-01-2014.
