1. Scientist-B (Medical): 01 Post
2. Scientist-B (Non-Medical): 01 Post
3. Technician-C: 02 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates age should be not exceeding 35 years for Scientist, 30 years for Technician ‘C’ as on date of interview. Age relaxations are applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess M.B.B.S recognized by MCI for S.No-1, first class Master’s Degree in Microbiology/ Medical Laboratory Technology/ Molecular Biology or second class M.Sc + Ph.D Degree in relevant subject from a recognized University for S.No-2, Science subjects or equivalent from a recognized board with one year Diploma Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from Govt. recognized Institute/ Medical College or 10+2 with Science subject with two years DMLT for S.No-3 and relevant experience.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in interview.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can attend for interview along with four copies of duly filled in application form in the given prescribed format, original certificates, testimonials, CV and photo ID card issued by government agency or school/ college, with xerox copy of certificates on 03-12-2013 & 04-12-2013 at National Institute of Epidemiology (ICMR), Second Main Road, TNHB, Ayapakkam, Chennai-600 077.
