Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacant position at the University of Swaziland:

Professor/Associate Professor in Electrical Machines and/or Power Engineering in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

At least a MSc in a relevant areaMust already be Professor/Associate Professor at a recognized universityUniversity teaching experience at Senior Lecturer for appointment as Senior Lecturer

DUTIES:

Teach undergraduate courses in Electrical Machines, Power Systems and related areas.Carry out research and development work in his or her discipline.

LOCAL CANDIDATES

Permanent and Pensionable service after successful completion of two years on probation; Recruitment and Retention Allowance, Housing Allowance and a Medical Aid.

EXPATRIATE CANDIDATES

A two-year contract which will attract Gratuity, recruitment Allowance a Medical Aid contribution and relocation expenses.
