1. Stenographer: 01 post
2. Data Entry Operator: 45 posts
3. Assistant Grade-III: 41 posts
4. Steno typist: 01 post
5. Staff Nurse: 55 posts
6. Lab Assistant: 02 posts
7. Midwife: 05 posts
8. Pharmacist Grade-II: 32 posts
9. Driver: 04 posts
10. Stretcher Wearer cum Cleaner: 04 posts

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 to 35 years as on 01-01-2014. Age Relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must pass 10+2 with Short hand type writing exam pass for S.No.1 post, 10+2 with 1 year diploma in Data Entry Operator / Programming & Typing knowledge for S.No.2, 3 & 4 posts, 10+2 & 1.5 (one & half year) midwifery course pass with registered in chhattisgarh nursing council for S.No.5 post. Refer the notification for remaining posts.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on Skill Test, Written Test & Interview.

Exam Fee: For S.No. 1 to 8 posts candidates has to pay Rs.450/- for General & OBC, Rs.250/- for SC/ ST candidates through Bank of Baroda, Vivekananda branch of Raipur “ESI TEST” Ac.No – 24260100014413, IFSC CODE – BABROVIVEKA.

How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their application in prescribed format available in the notification & all necessary documents, affix self addressed Rs.5/- stamps on top of the envelope to Directorate of Employees State Insurance Services, D 290/5, Tagore Nagar Raipur by registered post/ personally on or before 05-02-2014 up to 05:00 PM. S.No.1 to 8 posts candidates are no need to send mark lists/ educational certificates.
