Name of the Posts: Contract Medical Practitioner


Age Limit: Candidates age should not exceed 50 years as on 01-01-2014. Age Relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates.


Educational qualification: Candidates should have MBBS with 1 years rotating intern-ship and have valid registration certificate issued by any State Medical Council of India.


Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected based on interview.


How to Apply: Eligible candidates can attend the interview along with application in prescribed format, original certificates of all certificates with attested copies of age, qualification, experience, 2 pass port size photos duly attested at CPO’s Chamber/ GM Office/ CLW/ CRI on 28-01-2014 at 10:30 AM.
