CWET Recruitment 2014 – Project Asst & Associate Posts: Centre for Wind Energy Technology (CWET), Chennai invited applications for the recruitment of 18 Project Asst & Associate Posts for different units on contract basis. Project Associate:
1. Wind Resource Assessment Unit: 05 Posts
2. Information, Training & Consultancy Services Unit: 01 Post
3. Standards & Certification Unit: 02 Posts
4. Engineering Services Division: 01 Post
5. Wind Energy Division at New Delhi: 01 Post
Project Assistant:
1. Wind Resource Assessment Unit: 03 Posts
2. Information, Training & Consultancy Services Unit: 02 Posts
3. Solar Radiation Resource Assessment: 03 Posts


Age Limit: Candidates age should be 28 years as on 31-012014. Age Relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates.


Educational Qualification: Candidates should have 1st Class BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ M.Sc in CS/ IT or 1st Class M.Sc in Physics for Wind Resource Assessment Unit (Project Associate) and 1st Class BE/ MBA for Information, Training & Consultancy Services Unit (Project Associate) and 1st Class BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Aeronautical for Standards & Certification Unit and refer notification for post wise qualification and experience details.


Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected based on General Aptitude Test/ Personal Interview.


Application Fee: Candidates have to take Demand Draft (DD) for Rs.300/- on any bank in favour of Centre for Wind Energy Technology payable at Chennai and No fee for Physically Handicapped candidates.


How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed format along with DD, valid proof for Physically Handicapped, ) attested copies of certificates and testimonials on qualifications from matriculation, experience certificates and SC/ ST/ OBC Certificate by superscribing the envelope as “Application for the post of Project Associate/ Project Assistant” and send to the General Manager (F&A), Centre for Wind Energy Technology, Velachery-Tambaram Main Road, Pallikaranai, Chennai – 600100 on or before 31-01-2014.


Last Date for Submission of Application: 31-01-2014.
