HAL Recruitment 2014 – Apply Online for Chief Test Pilot, Secretariat Officer & Manager Posts: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has issued notification for recruitment of the Chief Test Pilot, Dy. General Manager and other vacancies in its various Production, Overhaul, Service Divisions / Research & Design Centres / Offices at Bangalore, Barrackpore, Hyderabad, Kanpur, Koraput (Orissa), Korwa (Uttar Pradesh), Lucknow and Nasik. Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 35 years for Gr I & Gr II Posts, 45 years for Grade-V Post, 48 years for Gr. VI & VII Posts and 50 years for Gr VIII Post as on 30-01-2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidate should possess Qualified Experimental Test Pilot Degree on Fixed Wing Aircraft from ASTE or any recognized foreign School and also possess more than 2500 hrs of Flying experience for Post No.1, a Full Time Bachelor’s Degree (3 years after 10+2) from Institutes / Universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities in the Country and also possess a flying experience of minimum 2500 hours for Post No.2, Bachelors Degree with Full Time PG Degree/ PG Diploma/ MBA/ MSW/ MA with specialization in Human Resources/ Personnel Management / Industrial relations / Labour Management / Organisational Development for Post No.3, should be a Pass in Associate Membership Examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi for Post No.4 and Bachelor’s Degree (3 years after 10+2) with English as compulsory or elective subject for Post No.5.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay the non-refundable application fee of Rs.500/- (Rupees five Hundred Only) and Rs.25/- as Bank charges (total of Rs.525/-), at all core banking branches of State Bank of India (SBI) in specially opened Account No. 30969511830, on behalf of HAL. SC/ ST/ PWD candidates are exempted from the payment of the fees.
Selection Process: Candidates would be selected based on their performance in interview.
How to Apply: Eligible and interested candidates can apply online through the website www.hal-india.com from 15:00 hrs on 16-01-2014 till 17:00 hrs on 30-01-2014.
Instructions to Apply Online:
1. Before applying online candidates should have valid email ID, scanned copy of passport size photograph.
2. Log on to website www.hal-india.com
3. Click on Career for Registration & select the name of the post he/she is willing to apply for.
4. Fill the online application with all the details and submit the application.
5. After successful completion, a unique Application Number will generate, keep it for future reference.
6. Take printout of the Bank Challan and pay the fee as mentioned above.
7.After payment, revisit the website and fill the fee payment details and submit the application form.
8. On submission, Application Confirmation page will be displayed. Take print out of the conformation page for future reference.
