ISEC Jobs 2014 – Professor Posts: Institute for Social & Economic Change (ISEC) has given a notification for the recruitment of 03 Professor Posts on contract basis. (i) Centre for Ecological Economics and Natural Resources (CEENR): 01 Post (UR)
(ii) Centre for Women’s and Gender Studies (CWGS): 01 Post (UR)
(iii) Centre for Research in Urban Affairs (CRUA): 01 Post (UR)


Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 50 years. In case of ‘SC/ST/Backward Classes/Backward Tribes’ and ‘Persons with Disability’, the age limit is relaxable upto 5 years and 10 years respectively.


Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Master’s Degree with 55% marks in the aggregate (Environmental Sciences/Engineering/Law) for (Sr.No: (i)) Posts, Master’s Degree with 55% marks in the aggregate in Sociology / Psychology / Anthropology / Law / Political Science / Education / Economics / Gender Studies / History / Media Studies or in any other relevant fields for (Sr.No: (ii)) Posts, Master’s Degree in Economics, Sociology, Public Administration, Public Policy, Urban Planning with 55% marks in the aggregate for (Sr.No: (iii)) Posts.


Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for seminar/ interview.


How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format along with attested copies of testimonials, certificates, marks sheets should be sent in a sealed cover superscribing “Application for the post of Professor in ——–” and should reach the undersigned on or before 09-02-2014.
