1. Pharmacist (Allopathic): 08 Posts (06- UR, 02- SC)
2. Staff Nurse Grade-I: 03 Posts (01- SC, 01-UR, 01- OBC)
3. Pharmacist cum Clerk: 02 Posts
(i) Homeopathic: 01 Post (01-SC)
(ii) Ayurvedic: 01 Post (01-OBC)

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 18 to 30 years for Pharmacist Posts, 21 to 35 years for Staff Nurse Posts, 18 to 30 years fro Pharmacist cum Clerk Posts.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 10+2 with Science Stream (Physics/ Chemistry/ Biology) for Pharmacist Posts, 10+2 or Equivalent, Diploma in General Nursing for Staff Nurse Posts, Matriculation or its equivalent for Pharmacist cum Clerk Posts.

How to Apply: Eligible canddiates may send their applications in the prescribed format of application along with attested copies of proof of age, educational qualification, experience, caste certificate should reach to The Additional Director, Central Government Health Scheme, Plot No:08-11, Ratanlal Nagar, Kanpur-208022 on or before 21 days from the publication in Employment Newspaper
