Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18 to 38 years.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Post-Graduate Degree in Psychology for Post No.1, Post-Graduate Degree in Social Work for Post No.2 and Graduate degree in Public Health for Post No.3.
Selection Process: Candidates would be selected based on their performance in interview.

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 45 years for Post No.1 and 18-38 years for remaining posts as on 01-01-2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBBS from a recognized University or institution or any equivalent degree for Post No.1, BAMS from recognized University or Statutory State Board and Enrolment on State Register or Central Register of Ayurveda for Post No.2, passed the Matriculation Examination / 10+2 examination with science or its equivalent with diploma in Multi Purpose Health worker (Female)/ ANM from a recognized university or institution for Post No.3, Diploma in GNM from a recognized institution, Registered with Punjab Nursing Registration Council for Post No.4, B.Pharmacy/ Diploma in Pharmacy for Post No.5 and Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) from recognized institute for Post No.6.
Examination Fees: Candidates have to pay the examination fee of Rs.750/- for General & other categories and Rs.400/- for SC/ST & BC of Punjab for Post No.1, Rs.600/- for General & other categories and Rs.300/- for SC/ST & BC of Punjab for Post No.2, Rs.500/- for General & other categories Rs.250/- for SC/ST & BC of Punjab for Post No.3, Rs.550/- for General & other categories and Rs.275/- for SC/ST & BC of Punjab for Post No.4, Rs.550/- for General & other categories and Rs.275/- for SC/ST & BC of Punjab for Post No.5, Rs.500/- for General & other categories and Rs.250/- for SC/ST & BC of Punjab for Post No.6, in the Saving Account No 16012191009077 of any Oriental Bank of Commerce.
