1. Medical Officer (male): 292 posts
2. Medical Officer (female): 292 posts
3. Pharmacist: 292 posts
4. ANM: 292 posts

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18 to 70 years as on 01-01-2014. Age relaxation is applicable.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree in BAMS/ BHMS/ BUMS with Ayush/ Unani/ Homeopathy Medical Board Registration No for S.NO.1 & 2, B.Pharmacy/ Diploma in Pharmacy with Pharmacy Council Registration No for S.NO.3, MPHW Female Course with Nursing Council Registration No for S.NO.4.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply through online through www.shsrc.org from 06-01-2014 to 14-01-2014 upto 11.59 pm.

Certificates Verification & Counseling Dates:
First Phase: For male, female Ayush Medical Officer, Pharmacist & ANM at Raipur Division: 20-01-2014 to 22-01-2014.
Second Phase: For Pharmacist & ANM at Durg Division: 23-01-2014 to 24-01-2014.
Third Phase: For Pharmacist & ANM at Bilaspur Division: 27-01-2014 to 28-01-2014.
Fourth Phase: For Pharmacist & ANM at Sarguja and Bastar Division: 29-01-2014 to 30-01-2014.
