Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 21 to 40 years as on 01-01-2014. Age Relaxation is applicable as per govt rules.


Educational Qualification: Candidates must pass High school & Intermediate exam with Diploma in Nursing for S.No.1 post, Inter with Science, Lab Techician Diploma for S.No.2, 3 & 4 posts, I nter with Science & Diploma in Pharmacy, must be registered in Uttar Pradesh State Pharmacy Council for S.No.5 post. Refer the notification for remaining posts.


How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their application in prescribed format available in the notification & all necessary documents, affix self addressed Rs.5/- envelope & must be mentioned name of the post on top of the envelope to Director General Medical Education, Uttar Pradesh, Jawahar Bhawan, 6th floor, Lucknow on or before 10-02-2014 till 05:00 PM.


Last Date for Receipt of Applications: 10-02-2014 till 05:00 PM.
