Name of the Posts:
1. Master: 42 Posts
2. Sarang/ Navigator: 40 Posts
3. Engine Driver: 39 Posts
4. Kalasi/ Seaman/ Mechanic: 38 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 45 years as on 01-07-2013 for Master Posts, 42 years as on 01-07-2013 for Sarang/ Navigator Posts, 37 years as on 01-07-2013 for Engine Driver & Kalasi Posts.

Educational Qualification:Candidates should possess Graduate in any discipline or Equivalent for Master & Sarang/ Navigator Posts, Professional Diploma in Mechanical/ Marine Engineering for Engine Driver Posts, ITI from a recognized Institute for Kalasi Posts, ExSM from Navy, Coast Guard or BSF Water Wing in the rank of Chief Petty Officer (equivalent ranks from other forces) from the Seaman Branch for Master & Sarang Posts, ExSM from Navy, Coast Guard or BSF Water Wing in the rank of Petty Officer (equivalent in other Forces)from the Marine/Mechanical Engineering Branch for Engine Driver Posts, ExSM from Navy, Coast Guard or BSF Water Wing in the rank of Leading (equivalent in other Forces) from any branch for Kalasi Posts.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the written test/ Physical Efficiency Test/ interview/ Medical examination/ final selection.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format appropriately in own handwriting, affix latest self-attested passport size colour photographs, signature should be done on forms, enclose photocopies of Certificates Date of Birth, Educational Qualification, Professional Qualification and Experience, No Objection Certificate issued by appropriate authority, Photocopies of any other appropriately relevant documents & 4 recent passport size photograph should be enclosed. All photocopies are required to be self-attested by the candidate & enclose two self-addressed envelopes each with a stamp of Rs.10/-. The envelope containing the application must be superscripted in bold letters as “Application for the Post of Master/ Engine Driver/ Sarang/ Kalasi in Andhra Pradesh Coastal Security Police – 2014” should sent through registered post o/o The Inspector General of Police, Coastal Security Police, A.P, Door No.6-45, Chinna Rushikonda, Visakhapatnam.
