APSRAC Recruitment 2014 – Apply Online for Scientist & Other Posts: Andhra Pradesh State Remote Sensing Applications Centre (APSRAC) has advertised a notification for the recruitment of Scientist/ Engineer – SC Database Administrator, Scientist / Engineer – SC Network Administrator f or Geomatics & Capacity Building Division, Java Script Web developer with GIS knowledge, Database developer with GIS knowledge, Team Leader (GIS) , Senior GIS Analyst, GIS Analyst posts for sponsored & in-house projects on Annual contract basis. 1. Scientist/ Engineer – SC Database Administrator: 01 post
2. Scientist / Engineer – SC Network Administrator: 01 post
3. Javascript Web Developer: 02 posts
4. Database Developer: 02 posts
5. Team Leader (GIS): 01 post
6. Senior GIS Analyst: 04 posts
7. GIS Analyst: 04 posts


Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Post Graduate in Computer Science or Geo-informatics or its equivalent or BE / B. Tech in Information Technology / Computer Science with 3 years experience for S.No.1, 3, 4, Post Graduate in Electronics & Computer Science or equivalent with 3 years experience for S.No.2, Post Graduate in Remote Sensing / Spatial Information Technology / M.Sc. in Geo-informatics/ Geography or equivalent with 5 years experience for S.No.5, Post Graduate in Geoinformatics/ Remote Sensing / Environmental Sciences / Geography or equivalent or B.Tech in Geo-informatics with 3 years experience for S.No.6, Post Graduate in Geoinformatics/ Remote Sensing / Environmental Sciences / Geography or equivalent or B.Tech in Geo-informatics with one year experience for S.No.7.
