Age Limit: Candidates age should not less than 18 years and should not more than 38 years as on 01-01-2014. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must be Passed in H.S.L.C or equivalent.
Application Fee: Candidates need to Pay Rs.100/- for General, OBC/ MOBC candidates and Rs.50/- for SC/ ST (P)/ ST (H) category candidates in the form of Bank Draft/ Banker Cheque drawn in favour of “Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences” payable at Guwahati.
