North Bengal University Recruitment 2014 – Professional Asst, RA and Other Posts: University of North Bengal, Office of the Registrar invites applications for the recruitment of 10 Professional Asst, RA and Other Posts in Centre for Women’s Studies on Contractual Basis. 1. Assistant Professor: 02 Posts
2. Professional Assistant : 02 Posts
3. Research Associate : 02 Posts
4. Data Entry Operator : 01 Post
5. Research Assistant : 02 Post
6. Library Assistant: 01 Post

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess good Academic record with at least 55% marks in Sociology/ Anthropology/ Women Studies/ Gender Studies/ Political Science for Sl No 1 & 2 and Master’s degree in Sociology/ Anthropology/ Women Studies for Sl No 3 and refer notification for post wise qualification details.

Application Fee: Candidates can take application forms available at the Office of the Registrar, University of North Bengalby payment of Rs. 200/- in Cash or can download from the University Website www.nbu.ac.in and the filled application must be accompanied by Crossed Bank Draft of Rs. 200/- in favour of “University of North Bengal” payable at State Bank of India, NBU Campus Branch, (Code: 2096) Siliguri.

How to Apply: Candidates can apply in prescribed application form available at the university web site. Filled-in application forms (1 set) along with two self addressed unstamped envelope (25X13 cm) and one copy of the recent passport size photograph and other documents regarding age, qualification, and experience duly attested by the candidate must be sent through Post to the Office of the Registrar, University of North Bengal in person or by post on or before 19-02-2014 by 4:00 PM.
