Name of the Posts: Medical Officer (HCMS-II)
Age Limit: Candidates age should not less than 22 years and should not more than 40 years as on 01-10-2013.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Graduation in Medicine and Surgery or equivalent degree from university or institution recognized by Medical Council of India and must be registered with Haryana or Punjab Medical Council or with any other duly constituted Medical Council in India with knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on performance in Interview.
Application Fee: Candidates need to Pay Rs.500 for General & dependent of ESM candidates and Rs.250 for Women/ S.C/ B.C/ P.H/ E.S.M persons of Haryana only can be deposited in the Haryana Government Treasury under the Head Treasury Major Head 0210, Sub Major Head 04, Minor Head 800, Sub Head 9851 or through Bank Draft drawn in favour of Director General Health Services, Haryana Panchkula, Payable at Panchkula.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in prescribed format along with relevant certificates, testimonials and passport size photographs, affix a photograph on space provided in application form and attach another photograph also, enclosed in a cover superscribed with “Application for the post of Medical Officer”, send by post or by hand to Director General, Health Services, Haryana, Swasthya Bhawan, Sector-6, Panchkula 134109 on or before 31-03-2014 by 05.00 PM.
Last Date for Submission of Applications: 31-03-2014 by 05.00 PM.
