PDFSR Modipuram – Walk in for SRF & RA Posts 2014: Project Directorate for Farming Systems Research (PDFSR), Modipuram, Meerut under ICAR has posted employment notification for the recruitment of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) & Research Associate (RA) posts to work under projects titled “Study of Crop pattern and increase in Agricultural produce due to release of water from Tehri reservoir for Irrigation Purpose” project (THDC), “National Initiative on Climate Resillient Agriculture (NICRA)” and “Integrated farming Systems Analysis Techniques with Remote Sensing and Ancillary Data (INFARM)”. 1. Senior Research Fellow: 03 Posts
2. Research Associate: 01 Post


Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit is 35 years for men & 40 years for women in case of SRF and 40 years for men & 45 years for women in case of RA.


Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess M.Sc (Ag) in Agronomy/ Soil Science/ Horticulture/ Remote Sensing/ GIS Geo-Informatics/ M.Tech (Ag Engg)/ Biological Sciences/ P.G in Agronomy/ Geography/ Computer Science with 60% marks for SRF Posts and Master or Doctoral degree in Agril. Meteorology/ Geography/ Computer Science/ Biological Science for RA Post.


Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on performance in Interview/ Test.


How to Apply: Eligible candidates may attend the interview along with biodata, original and attested copies of certificates/ testimonials at PDFSR Modipuram, Meerut 250110 (UP) on 10, 12 and 13-02-2014 by 10.00 AM.
