Cement Corporation of India Recruitment 2014 – 30 Jr Management Trainee Posts: Cement Corporation of India Limited (CCI) has given employment notification for the recruitment of 30 Junior Management Trainee posts at Supervisory level in various streams. 1. Mechanical: 08 Posts
2. Electrical: 08 Posts
3. Chemical: 07 Posts
4. System: 03 Posts
5. Personnel & Admn: 02 Posts
6. Finance: 02 Posts


Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit is 27 years as on 15-04-2014. The age limit for departmental candidates is 50 years. The upper age relaxation is 05 years for SC/ ST and 03 years for OBC candidates.


Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Full time 03 years regular Diploma in Engineering in relevant discipline for Posts 1, 2 & 3, Diploma course or B.C.A/ B.Sc in Computer Science for Post 4, Graduation with P.G Diploma in HRM/ IR/ Personnel Management for Post 5 and Graduation for Post 6 with not less than 60% marks or equivalent CGPA (50% marks for SC/ ST/ OBC).


Registration Fee: Candidates need to Pay Rs.400/- for General/ OBC candidates (No fee for SC/ ST candidates) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘Cement Corporation of India Limited’, payable at New Delhi.


Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on performance in Written Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.


How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in prescribed format download from the website www.cementcorporation.co.in, along with affixed photograph and attested copies of certificates in a cover superscribed with “Application for Junior Management Trainee ______ Discipline” by ordinary post addressed to General Manager (HR), Cement Corporation of India Ltd, Post Box No. 3061, Lodhi Road Post Office, New Delhi 110003 on or before 21-04-2014.


Last Date for Submission of Applications: 21-04-2014.
