Name of the Post: Part Time Contractual Specialist
Nam of the Specialty: Radiologist.


Age Limit: Candidate age should be exceed 64 years as on 25-03-2014.


Educational Qualification: Candidate should have PG in concerned specialty recognized by MCI with 3 years experience.


Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 300/- in the form of Demand Draft (DD) in favor of ESIC Fund A/C No. 1 payable at Vapi and no fee for Female candidates.


How to Apply: Interested candidates can attend the interview along with 1 set of attested copies of all testimonials/ certificates, 1 pass port size photo at ESIC Hospital, Vapi, Chanod, Gujarat- 396195 on 25-03-2014 from 11:00 AM on-wards.
