Name of the Posts:
1. General Manager: 01 Post
2. Personnel Officer: 01 Post.


Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 48 years to 55 years for Sl No 1 and not exceeding 36 years for Sl No 2 as on 01-01-2014. Age Relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC as per rules.


Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical Engineering for Sl No 1 and Graduate with Post Graduation Degree in Personnel Management or Post Graduation Diploma in Personnel Management for Sl No 2.


How to Apply: Interested candidates can send applications in the prescribed format along with copies of all relevant certificates, age proof, qualification, experience, caste and recent passport size photograph to The Dy. General Manager (P & A), Malabar Cements Limited, Walayar, Palakkad (Kerala)- 678624 on or before 31-03-2014.
