NIT Puducherry Recruitment 2014 – Registrar, MTS, Jr Asst & Other Posts: National Institute of Technology (NIT) Puducherry invites applications for recruitment of 18 Registrar, Dy Registrar & Posts. 1. Registrar: 01 Post
2. Deputy Registrar: 01 Post
3. Deputy/ Assistant Librarian: 01 Post
4. Accountant: 01 Post
5. Superintendent: 01 Post
6. Technical Assistant: 02 Posts
7. Stenographer: 01 Post
8. Sr. Technician/ Technician: 04 Post
9. Junior Assistant: 03 Post
10. Multi-Tasking Staff: 02 Posts
11. Nurse: 01 Post


Age Limit: Candidates age should be below 57 years for Sl No 1 and 45 years for Sl No 2, 3 and 30 years for Sl No 4, 5, 6, 7, 11 and 27 years for Sl No 8, 9, 10. Age Relaxation is applicable as per Govt of India guidelines.


Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Masters’ degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks for Sl No 1, 2 and Master’s Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation for Sl No 3 and First Class Bachelor degree in Commerce with Honors in Accountancy/ Finance for Sl No 4 and refer notification for post wise qualification details.


Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on test/ interview.


Application Fee: Candidates have to take Demand Draft for Rs 300/- drawn in favor of Director, NIT Puducherry payable at Karaikal.


How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications either hand written or neatly typed along with Self attested copies of certificates, mark sheets, testimonials, Caste certificate, duly signed by competent authority, DD and send through speed post/ Registered post by superscribing the envelope as “Application for the Post of _______” to The Registrar, National Institute of Technology Puducherry, Arignar Anna Govt. Arts and Science College Campus, Nehru Nagar, Karaikal -609 605, India on or before 31-03-2014.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on performance in Interview.


Processing Fee: Candidates need to Pay Rs.300/- (No Fee for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Women/ Unemployed Ex-Serviceman) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Director, NIT Puducherry, payable at Karaikal.
